a few words from the host:

"This series of pedagogical lectures, delivered by an internationally recongnized scientific leader in high energy physics, statistical mechanics and others, will cover a variety of issues on the renormalization group (RG) theory. This ranges from general ideas and terminologies of RG, field theoretic RG equations and their solutions, applications of RG in statistical physics and particle physics, to the modern development of RG-the functional RG theory. The lecture series aims at helping students and young postdocs to deepen their understandings of this sophisticated theory and to imporve their fluency in applying it to their own research subject."
